• Finjani Team: While the vast majority of curation, matching, and coordination is algorithmic, authorized members of our team review profile information, preferences, and feedback in order to improve the application's algorithm and the overall experience of the app. Access is limited to staff with a legitimate need to know.
• Other Members: Your profile is not visible to other Finjani users by default. Some profile information may be visible to other users only if you specifically allow the shareability of that information, and even then it is severely limited in scope (for example, a first name or a single profile detail you have opted to share with confirmed guests of a shared Experience).
• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our services (hosting, analytics, payments).
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

• Account Data: Retained until account deletion request
• Event History: 12 months for detailed logs, aggregated stats indefinitely
• Messages: 90 days
• Support Tickets: 2 years
• Analytics Data: 26 months

After deletion, some anonymized data may be retained for statistical analysis and service improvement.

14. SMS and Text Messaging

Finjani uses the mobile phone number you provide when you sign up to send and receive text messages. By creating an account with your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Finjani. These messages fall into two categories:

• Support conversations: two-way support messages that you initiate, for example by tapping "Message support" in the app after your reservation is confirmed.
• Reminders and announcements: messages such as event reminders and notices that registration is open for events you may be interested in.

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and the events available to you.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-out: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
• No sharing of mobile information: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent information are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to operate and support the Finjani service.
